Our Vienna Office

This page provides you with practical information about our practice. It includes descriptions of our office location, including a map and directions, hours, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing policies.

For all prescription refills, routine appointments, and non-urgent issues, please call the office during normal phone hours 9 AM to 4 PM. Please arrive on time for your appointment, and new patients 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. Bring your current insurance cards to every appointment.

If you have an urgent problem after office hours, please call the office and follow the prompts on the recorded message.

Accepted Insurance Plans for Dr. William Sawchuk

• Medicare
• Anthem PPO
• BCBS PPO
• All secondary Insurance Plans to Medicare except Kaiser and Medicaid

As a courtesy, Dr. Sawchuk will file with Geha and Tricare. It is up to each individual plan how much of the visit will be covered. Any portion not covered will be the patient’s responsibility.

We accept checks, cash or credit cards.
